Well what a professional and customer service friendly service I came across today .
I booked in my Citreon DS to have a my touch screen removed and replaced with a second hand touch screen which I purchased .
The job was done in just over 30 mins , a third of the time quoted, I was both shocked and happy , because it saved me a lot of money, and took away the frustration and worry I had of not having a working touch screen , and whether it was going to cost me the earth.
The touch screen was replaced and connected , up and running within about 40 mins of my pre arranged booking , whilst waiting I enjoyed a freshly ground coffee and free WiFi too .I’m very happy I can use my smart screen again now. Thank you all at Motor mob , for such a positive experience.
