HEATED SEATS 5⭐️service from Motor Mods from Victoria in sales through to the technicians that completed the work. I can't believe how quickly they completed the work, I would highly recommend.  

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the people at Motor Mods for the help and kindness shown to us while fitting a dash cam and reverse parking camera to our car, they did an excellent job, would be very happy to recommend them.

I have just left a five star review on Google.  I just wanted to say a particular thank you to the lady who dealt with my unexpected drop-in visit on Tuesday afternoon regarding DAB reception. I drove home with crystal clear reception, I am a very happy customer!

I certainly would give a huge thanks for all aspects of my various visits to Motor Mods recently. Many thanks to Victoria, Francesca & All ... Charlie has done a great job in exploring the best audio setup for my car & was painstaking in getting the installation just right... I now have a system that is well balanced, with a broad soundstage. Just as I had hoped!

The customer service was excellent.   There was a problem with the courtesy car so Motor Mods gave us a lift to where we planned to visit and paid for the taxi return fare.   The work was well done and within the timeframe.   They couldn’t have been more helpful and are genuinely interested in making the whole experience as easy and pleasant as possible.  I would definitely use them again.

Popped in here today with lights on dash and code reset problems on my VW T6 Transporter after d.I.y. replacement of my dpf.  The guys there were very helpful, professional and obliging, managing to fit me in there and then, 3/4 hour in the workshop and my VW reappeared with no lights on dash but with advice that I have an exhaust sensor failure and the lights would probably come back on. However 60 miles later, still no problems so, thank you very, very much. I’ll be coming back for a remap soon.

"Very professional and highly skilled. Very nice people too. I had front and rear parking sensors fitted to my Seat Leon. A problem occurred when my start stop feature malfunctioned. As they have completed many of these jobs on Leons, it was an unusual occurrence. However, the technician (Alistair) kept going for some hours and eventuall cracked it. Everything works perfectly and they look like they were factory fitted. Not hugely cheap, but you get what you pay for, and the mark of a good company is what they do when something goes wrong. They don't give up! I would thoroughly recommend MotorMods and if you want to be in safe hands these are the guys (and girls) for you!"

"I have used motormods for the past 20 years and this has been in a professional capacity where by they were suppliers of fitting equipment to my customers of multi-million pound businesses which consisted of local business and local authorities. During this period of time or working with the team of Alistair his daughter and his fitters and associated team members I received nothing but fantastic service but when things went occasionally wrong which they do the team were there to support instantly the rectification of any problems that occurred which is important to a business and me and my customers were appreciated of the ratification required. On a personal basis I have now left the industry and I have had equipment fitted to my own personal vehicles (as my farther has) I can highly recommend the team Alistair and his associated management staff to the fitting of equipment because they are polite courteous and always have the best customers interest at heart but what is more appreciated is that they have the customers best interest at heart and that is all they think about. "When I had problems with my car alarm randonly going off recently, I was referred to Motor Mods by my usual garage who didn't have an auto electrician at the time. So it was my first visit. They were absolutely brilliant! Not only did they squeeze me in the same day for an initial investigation (despite being busy until January), but everyone was very friendly and welcoming - and actually listened to my description of the problem I had and the investigations I had already done. They then booked me in for the following Wednesday - with a courtesy car - and had obviously done some research in the meantime, as I arrived to hear the comment 'we think we know what the problem is now'...!! Everything is now resolved (including an additional problem with the reversing light!). Would thoroughly recommend these guys."

"Having suffered a broken exhaust bouncing between the road surface and the underside of my vehicle, it wiped out the wiring for my rear parking sensors. Fantastic service. Had been looking for a live view rear camera and new head unit for a while. No one local to me was really interested, so after much phoning around, Victoria at Motor Mods was very helpful, so we decided to pay them a visit. They look photos of the motorhome, I also wanted a battery master fitted to charge the vehicle battery, they don't supply these, but were happy to fit one if I supplied it. They had several motorhomes in the workshop that they were working on. They also offered a courtesy car for the day. Victoria emailed several options of head unit. They fitted a 9 inch head unit, mirror monitor, and modified my single camera housing to take a dual camera unit, which looks like it was done by the factory and installed the battery master that I supplied. They had the motorhome all day. Very happy with the results and the excellent service.

"I am very happy with the service that I received by motor mods as I wasn't too sure if I really needed an audio upgrade as I did not want to change the head unit. "I bought a CANM8 cruise control retrofit kit for my Mazda MX-5 a few months back, but could not install it myself due to lack of time and mostly talent. Motor Mods were kind enough to do it for me, and when they found out that the control box was faulty, they contacted CANM8 on my behalf, arranged a replacement to arrive and swapped it for no additional cost to me. "I can’t recommend this company enough. Contacting them and making arrangements couldn’t have been easier. Since I had travelled a long distance they were able to schedule the work and they made sure that I had the car back in time. I was slightly concerned that they might have difficulties since my car was an import but they knew what to do and it wasn’t a problem. They fitted a quality part and you’d never know that it was an aftermarket extra. Very neat installation. The technician explained exactly how it worked, and it is working fine now that I’ve driven several hundred miles. I was booked in for a re-map and there were some issues when I first picked up the car (no fault of theirs) I took it back and they immediately started to investigate the issue. After spending nearly 2 hours on the car they were able to find the root of the problem and it was something that if they were made aware of from the start they could have worked around. "Brilliant! I had a new radio fitted to my ancient Volvo XC70 (probably worth more than the car!) It has brought my car right up to date with complete phone connectivity. It is brilliant to be able to use Google maps on the large screen and to voice connect to my phone. It has been very neatly fitted and only took a couple of hours. "Big shout out to Alistair and the team. I was recommended to them by Cotswold Motorhomes. We took our Burstner TD727G to them today to fix the intermittent reversing camera. They ended up bypassing all the Burstner cabling and installing a new connection between the camera and the 10” LCD head end. All working a test now. The Fiat main dealership failed to fix it after two goes. Such lovely people to deal with. Made us both very welcome."
